Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your tea, please email us at info@steepandsipteas.com within 30 days of receiving your order explaining why you are unsatisfied with your order. If your item was damaged while being shipped, please send us a photo of the damage so we can share it with the post office. All returned items must be unopened, unless damaged during shipping.
