WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

Items will ship within 2-3 business days after your purchase is made.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship tea within the United States.

 

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?

Those who are a part of the Steep Club will receive their tea monthly. Subscriptions mail out on the 15th of every month.

 

IF YOUR TEAS ARE ORGANIC, WHY DON’T YOU HAVE A USDA ORGANIC CERTIFICATION?

We don’t blend our teas in house. We work with a wholesaler who is USDA Organic certified to ensure our customers are receiving premium teas without pesticides and other chemicals.

 

WHERE DOES YOUR TEA COME FROM?

Our tea comes from all over the world including Asia, Europe, and Africa.

 

ARE YOUR TEAS FAIR TRADE?

All of our teas are ethically sourced. We do not have a Fair-Trade certification, but our wholesaler is dedicated to ensuring that teas are only purchased through ethically sourced farms that pay their farmers and other employees fair wages.

 

HOW LONG WILL TEAS STAY FRESH?

Loose leaf tea preserves its freshness for up to two years when it is stored in a dry cool place and is tightly closed.
